This is not a prompt so there’s no need to stick to the same “theme.”
The rules that Linda’s made for herself (but don’t always follow) for “One-Liner Wednesday” are:
- Make it one sentence.
- Try to make it either funny or inspirational.
- Use our unique tag #1LinerWeds.
- Add our lovely badge to your post for extra exposure!
- Have fun!
This story is prompted by Linda G. Hill’s One-Liner Wednesday.

If memory serves, we managed just fine! Better maybe… 😉
So true. Sometimes I have to wonder how we get anything done with all this technology keeping us connected.
Haha! I saw a video once of 2 twenty-somethings trying to make a phone call from a rotary phone. Hilarious! How DID we survive.
I know, right? We did have all the fun.
Absolutely LOVE this! Thanks for sharing it.
You are most welcome. Feel free to share. There are tons of young people out there that haven’t had to endure doing things by hand.
I miss the old days sometimes…
I think we all do. Some things were just better then.
This is very really unique helpful information. keep it up. Thank you so much!
Thanks for stopping by, Martina. I still have a few of those things.
I sometimes think we were better off.
Agreed. We never seem to unplug.
Fabulous! There are times I long for the “old days.”
Me too. With a few exceptions.
Life was simpler, much simpler.
Zael, it certainly was. And everyone seem much happier. Just my two cents.
