OMG!!! I absolutely LOVE homemade Baklava! I only had it once in my lifetime and it made a lasting forever impression! Store bought leaves me less than satisfied.
I found several recipes on the internet, and used the ingredients from several to come up with the recipe I use. My son loves it. It doesn’t last long at all. I agree, since I started making my own, store bought isn’t great.
